You must have the iGPU working, that's why Apple only support Skylake++, if the CPU is that i7-4790K you will not be able to use Sidecar

Mmmm sound interesting, the thing I have read is that you need Skylake or newer because Sidecar need one type of encode HEVC

Sidecar Markup is a separate "feature" from Sidecar mirroring etc. It's based on Handoff/Continuity and works on all Macs released in 2012+ Simply, if your Mac supports Handoff/Continuity, you can try Sidecar Markup

I connect my iPad pro via usb, macOS shows that everything works and is defined by an additional screen, but on iPad I only see a black screen. If I move Photoshop to this screen, I can even draw with Apple Pencil, but I can't see anything. What might be the problem? Thanks.

Try disabling it (via software) and reactivating it immediately. Sometimes it happens to me what happens to you, but it resolves with the second connection.

You can also check the HEVC format management features with the VideoProc program (free trial version) in Setting / Hardware accellerate engine / Options

i enable hardware acceleration and sidecar start working.

Installs Lilu.kext and IntelGraphicsFixup.kext in /Library/Extensions. Adds the following to Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/config.plist: ig-platform-id=0x59120000.

IntelGraphicsFixup.kext is deprecated - Now part of WhateverGreen.kext.

Indeed, i uninstalled IntelGraphicsFixup.kext, installed WhateverGreen.kext and sidecar still works
