I managed to fix mine by adding and enabling the flag "PowerTimeoutKernelPanic" in OpenCore under Kernel->Quirks .
Thanks to @ben9923 's tip here

I'm very happy you were able to resolve the kernel panic issue, can you elaborate where you added these flags, is that in config.plist in EFI? or it is in S\L\E\? thank you

Yeah, I'd like to know that as well!
Enabling Kernel LAPIC in clover configurator seems to be working for now, PC has been on for 12 hours - no panics by now, testing is undergo.

It crashed here. My alternative was not a solution.

I managed to fix mine by adding and enabling the flag "PowerTimeoutKernelPanic" in OpenCore under Kernel->Quirks .
Thanks to @ben9923 's tip here

I just realised you are using OpenCore. Is there a fix for Clover?

In my case, using a Dell 7050MT (i5-6500 iGPU HD530), it was resolved by using ApfsDriverLoader.efi, FwRuntimeServices.efi, HFSPlus.efi and OcQuirks.efi in the Drivers / UEFI folder.

I am dealing with this too.
I am on a MacBook Air 13-inch, Mid 2012 with no external monitor or anything plugged into it. It has crashed on me twice in the last 4 hours and twice a few days ago. I am using Catalina updated to 10.15.2

But I am writing a massive paper for my Masters degree. This is terrifying every time it dies, afraid I am going to lose my 25-page paper.

I'm very happy you were able to resolve the kernel panic issue, can you elaborate where you added these flags, is that in config.plist in EFI? or it is in S\L\E\? thank you
Sorry for the late reply, this fix is working only if you're using OpenCore as your bootloader I don't know of any fix for Clover. Using PlistEdit Pro you can edit EFI/OC/config.plist for Clover and in Kernel section and Quirks subsection select any of the options and click on "New Sibling" on toolbar and then enter "PowerTimeoutKernelPanic" as the name and select "Boolean" as the Class type and set the value to "YES", as in the screenshot below:

Also make sure to use the latest drivers from AppleSupportPkg in your OpenCore Drivers folder.
Hope it helps.
