Shut Down, Shuts OS but not my Computer!

Hi people,

Since I never been able to update my system ever since I started using a Hackintosh system, I decided to do a fresh install of 10.8.5.

Been having loads of problems installing it because (it turned out later) my ram wasn't installed correctly.
Something I never noticed using 10.8.2.

Anyway, I have 10.8.5 running now and even with sleep working which also never worked on my system before.

However when I shut down the system, it will shut down the OS, turn the monitor off but never turns off my system in total.
I have to manually turn it off with the power button.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to solve this problem?

I guess it's a rather special problem.

Anyways, I'm happy to just type sleep in Alfredapp and my system goes to sleep like never before .
