I opened a gigabyte trouble-ticket.
Let's see what they say about this.
Thank's indeed for your help.

Hehe... Yeah, it's a little price to pay for silence ;)
I'm planning on going passive... But that will require more mileage... Monitoring & experimenting...

Do you want a little motherboard to go with that CPU fan? :p

The Monster.

This was a gift. A Massive 56X55x20cm server box.

I could do a better job of tucking the wires away. But, the case is so big the current PSup wires barely reach their destinations. I also prefer to have my HD wires on the exit side of the case because I don't want to have to remove two panels just to get a Hard drive out.

It's huge and unwieldy but the space inside makes it easy to swap out parts for testing and the airflow keeps it cool.

~ Temporarily gone. PM if you want to see it.
I'm too shy to show the insides. I'm a clean person, yet I bought a non-modular PSU. I also will get rid of the keyboard soon, and get the much sleeker Logitech diNovo Edge!

I had the Logitech DiNovo for a couple of years and loved it. It is a beautiful keyboard. It wore out though. Space bar got intermittent and the letter S rubbed off the S key o_O

Just noticed this thread and thought I'd share my Hackintosh with ya.
