I've seen various comments about this with conflicting information, and I would like to try and get my USB 3 back. It's a Series 5 motherboard (Legacy BIOS) with Renesas D720200 USB 3 ports. I know at one point in time it wasn't possible so I've never bothered going back to look at it as it was just easier to leave it disabled as it failed to boot with it enabled. Is that still the case or is it possible to get working nowadays.

Suggestion: Disable Renasas in BIOS. Install supported (FL1100) based USB3 card.
