some background.....I have a Aorus Gaming 5 and removed the Gigabyte wifi/BT card.
my TP-LINK E9 WIFI card works.

I replaced the TP-link with
Apple MacBook Air 13" A1466 Airport/Bluetooth 4.0 Card BCM94360CS2AX 661-7481, https://www.ebay.com/itm/132448231447
and
WiFi + Bluetooth 4.0 Card to PCI-E x1 Adapter for PC/Hackintosh, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076KBBFV4/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

For the first time, BT in System Preferences can be turned on and off, but BT does not work. Wifi also does not work.

Looking to see if this should be plug in play or are there KEXTS needed?
I do have a patched SSDT for my USB ports and tried the card with and without the SSDT present.

thanks for any insight!

UPDATE: I have Bluetooth, but no wifi.....

You might need to enable it in your SSDT.. Does the USB have a cord and plug into the board outside of the PCI-E slot? I have this card:

https://www.osxwifi.com/product/pc-...94360cd-802-11-a-b-g-n-ac-with-bluetooth-4-0/

the first time I installed it nothing worked so I reinstalled OSX and then it all worked with no Ktext. I have the usb portion plugged into the first USB header near the power switch/rest/HHD light/ area on the board. Attached is my SSDT for USB. You might find further information about our board and ports here:

Good luck!

Hi @scottkendall , thanks for the info. I spent some time working on this today. In the end, since the wifi didn't show up on the Mac or Windows side, I'm writing the board off as bad. I have an OSXWIFI coming tomorrow. I hope that one works this time (last time I didn't remove the onboard bluetooth and couldn't get around the conflict).

I had done a SSDT last week....good to see ours are the same except I have HS09 & HS10.
