sharing only users in "Users & Groups" prefpane?

Do others see these "Sharing Only" users in their Users and Groups? I see them only on my hack (not my Macbook Pro) and can't figure out what is creating app or process them. This is using High Sierra 10.13.1 and is a fresh install from last weekend.

It doesn't look like a fresh install to me. I'm pretty sure MySQL Server isn't part of Mac OS X. It looks to me like you have some other software installed there, which has created these support users. It's not abnormal for there to be a MySQL user as part of the install, but I don't know your configuration. If you decided to be paranoid, you may consider that malicious software could have used those names, even though they are not genuinely part of that software.
