serious "NOOB" needs help!!!

Ok to start things when it comes to things done I like Easy..... I have an iphone 3gs jailbroken 4.3.3 os easy.. itouch jailbroken easy... trying to install 10.6.3 osX on Asus P5KL-AM-SE.... not so easy.. help please... intel cpu e5300 dual core nvidia 8600gt 512mb video card 2gigs ram what do i need and steps to successful boot....
