Separate thumb drives for Clover and High Sierra

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to see if it's possible to create a vanilla MacOS thumb drive that works with a real Mac and have a separate thumb drive act as my boot load for my hack. I would just pop both of them in to install MacOS 10.13 on my system. Is this possible, or are there modifications that Unibeast has to make to MacOS itself for the hackintosh to work at all?
