Semi freeze with mouse movement still active

Need some help pinpointing this problem. Maverick semi freeze with mouse movement still active ending with me to do a reset. It just happen randomly, no specific pattern.

I'm running stock nvidia drivers.

I experienced the same freeze issue after upgrading from 10.8.1 today.

So, you followed the Freezefix guide with Mavericks and it works?
