Selling my macbook pro >> buying this build?

Thank you thank you for the great forum, i learned a lot these last weeks.

No I'm selling my macbook pro to finance my 1ste hackintosh with these components:

• Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3
  Scythe Mugen 2 Rev. B
  Intel Core i5 760 Boxed
  OCZ Onyx SATA II 2.5" SSD 64GB
  2 x 4GB OCZ Gold DDR3 PC3-10666
  Sapphire HD5770 1GB GDDR5

I think i got most things covered, expect maybe going for a Sapphire card? it is a 5770...

Love to hear if there any problems with this config.

I would go with something different for RAM. OCZ is exiting the RAM market as of the end of February 2011.

A 64 GB SSD is a little small for the only disk storage. I would add a SATA disk for data.

thanks for the reply MacMan, yeah i did not put it in the list but have a 1TB spinpoint to put in... On the RAM/OCZ note you mean i case of warranty?

Hey there achtenveertig! I'm building a system similar to yours, but I'm skipping out on an SSD and going a little lower end on the video card. My system is going to be used primarily in OSX for photo editing, no gaming. I plan to dual boot Win7 on a small drive for some seldom used tools for my business (tax software, etc). I already ordered my parts and I'm waiting for delivery (should arrive by the end of next week). I would really like to know how your build goes. Have you started yet? Keep us updated!
