Security Update 2018-003 High Sierra

A full "Install MacOS High Sierra.app" version 10.13.6 file is still available from an Apple site, if anyone needs it. It's on this web page. It takes a second to move past the "Connecting to App Store" page, but it will get there (at least for me it does).

My motherboard got fried. So when I got the replacement one it had the new BIOS update and the boot drive did not want to work. Did a fresh install and had everything working on it until the Security Update. At 1st it was because the Lilu Kexts needed to be updated to the newest version. Did this and now the only thing I can’t get is HDMI audio. Still trying to figure it out but if I Can’t get HDMI audio to work then I’ll post something in the Audio section.

My setup is working (with sound) using Lilu.kext v 1.3.1 and AppleALC.kext v 1.3.4.

Did you update the AppleALC.kext as well? I saw that the Lilu kext was just recently updated. I did update that but don’t remember if I have the latest AppleALC.

At the time, yes, I chose the latest version of AppleALC.kext (1.3.4). But today the latest version is 1.3.5. It works fine too.
