NVIDIA Web driver users should note that these updates will change your Build number. When the updated drivers come out, updated driver links will be here:

Just saw this pop up in the App Store. Anyone know the build number or if Nvidia drivers are working? Any other issues?

Build is (16G1212) - Not sure about the web drivers (I don't use them) but they usually follow fairly soon.

I had kernel panic during boot, didn't check it yet. I'm in safe mode.

I don't know if your kernel panic is related, but I noticed that the eGPU "hack" I was running caused a kernel panic when the Lilu kext tried to load, this was back on the Developer Beta release of this patch. Now that the final is out, it seems the behavior hasn't changed. Are you running that kext by chance?

I got also kernel panic in 10.12.6 (i am using intel hd530) not Nvidia, how to restore to the previous setting before this security updates

kernel panic for me too on hd530, from what i can modestly understand in the crash log it may be related to lilu kext. had a recent backup image so restored, wasn't having any luck with boot options but never tried unchecking inject intel now that i think about it. not sure if that may have let it boot.

updated from app store. seemed ok until about 1 min after boot, and then system rebooted. restored from image.
