Second Monitor not working (Intel UHD 630 Graphics)

Hi i'm having an issue with my second monitor on macOS Mojave, It's black. I have it plugged in using VGA and my main display is plugged in using hdmi. I have IntelGraphicsfixup already and I have fix Display enabled, Does anybody know whats the issue here? if so can you please help me?

I have it plugged in using VGA

There is no support for VGA - Apple do not use it.

I have IntelGraphicsfixup already

IntelGraphicsfixup.kext is deprecated - Now part of WhateverGreen.kext.
