Screen Tearing on web browsers video and Flash

Hi there,

I have MacOS Sierra on my build and since I was able to complete this build I have had screen tearing occurring on all of my video and flash player advertisements on chrome and safari. Any ideas on how I can clear this up. I have searched and read through many of the threads but no luck on how to fix this particular problem. Any ideas out there?
