screen flickering after successfully install of sierra

So after installing sierra and using multibeast the screen has a flickering effect and it seems to lag.

My CPU is a Xeon so it has no integrated graphics im using a GTX 750 TI and this card ran fine when I was on Yosemite.

I downloaded the drivers from nvidia but when I set it to use them the computer boots and after the loading bar the screen goes black as if there is no video signal. I have to set it back to "OS X Default Graphics Driver" and it works but has screen flicker.

You MUST use the Nvidia Web Drivers with your card so what you are seeing is the lack of graphics acceleration and the card is running in VESA mode.
 
What system profile are you using?

I followed the instructions here and edit the config.plist, when using the nvidia web drivers the screen goes black after the loading bar and the monitor light blinks as if theres no video signal

Which system definition are you using? Attach config.

by system definition do you mean like mac-mini mac pro etc? im using mac pro 6,1

MacPro6,1 will give you a black screen just as you describe if you do not patch the AGDP kext. I suggest switching to iMac14,2 as you will not have that issue with that system definition. If you are using the build in your profile, MacPro6,1 isn't a good match anyways and would only be recommended for X99 systems.

That is a strange one. Should get black screen with nv_disable=1.
