Screen blackout with 3rd monitor

Couldn't get back in so decided to do a fresh install of OS Mojave. I'm now one step backwards as no picture from HDMI (from GT710) only DVI working. DVI from internal graphics is not working either. I am also getting display issues on the DVI from GT710. Does this card work with Mojave or should I change it or go down an OS version to High Sierra?

Some help would be most welcome. EFI and extensions folder attached.
