So, my laptop (A Toshiba Satellite L500-00F) gets stuck at the prohibitory sign when trying to boot from my high sierra USB.
Three different problems have occurred:
1. When my 8GB RAM stick is on the bottom RAM slot, It will get stuck at End RandomSeed and a wall of + and then reboot
2. When my 8GB RAM stick is on the Top RAM slot, it will get stuck at Still Waiting for root device and it will display the PROHIBITORY sign
3. Regardless of which RAM slot my 8GB RAM stick is in, when using a Skylake or Westmere FakeCPUID, It will get stuck at End RandomSeed and a wall of + and then reboot
My Specs are as follows:
BIOS Type: Legacy (NON-UEFI)
Laptop: Toshiba Satellite L500-00F
CPU: Intel Core i3-330M (1st gen Westmere)
GPU: 1st gen Intel HD Graphics

SSD: 64GB SanDisk SSD
USB Flash Drive: 16GB Lexar USB Flash Drive
WiFi Card: Broadcom BCM94322HM8L DW 1510 (Supported by macOS OOB)
For my IGPU:
I'm Following This Guide on InsanelyMac:

And I'm Using These kexts

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html
The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"
