Is there a true nonRAID SAS card/controller that works in OS X at least Catalina.

Does anybody know if this card will be supported OOB? I have 8 HDDs and 2 SSDs and plan on upgrading to more drives. Each drive will be utilized for certain tasks like I use them now. One drive is where all my Pro Tools projects are stored, another drive all my Photoshop stuff, another drive all my video editing stuff and so on.

I was thinking using a nonRAID SAS card that has 2 ports on it and then use a breakout SAS to 4 SATA cable for each port would be best.

Well after reading this thread then reading Tony Mac's stuff yea this card will work because of the Marvell 9215 chipset on the card. I'm sure if the older Asmedia 1061 worked this 1806 should work... .. Same Great stuff..
