Without WEG you need to disable the pikera boot arg.
Also, lilu.kext needs dependent Kexts so use Apple ALC.kext along with it.

Clover. Catalina. Without WEG, without Pikera arg, with lilu and APPLE ALC i have reboot on logo...

I steel have vega 56 and it works good, but after monitor sleep i have cursor stutter...

With ALC kext you also need to inject an ID #, the most common is 1
In clover there is a section for it.
In OC you use a boot arg alcid=1

Are you using XMP ram profile? Sometimes this can cause bugs. It’s a bios setting.

I don't have such a setting in my BIOS ... I don't know what's going on, but when I install nVidea GT710, everything works fine
