Sapphire 5770 dual screens not working!!

Hi guys,

After following Tim_182's perfect guide to installing my GA z77 d3h, 3570k and intel hd4000 graphics i had a perfect system EVERYTHING works.

I dug out my old HD 5770 and plugged it in and my system is working via DVI perfectly.

However no signal is being received by my second monitor via HDMI.
Funny thing is the system knows it's there because i have the dual monitor icon up in my task bar and i move my mouse off the DVI screen as if there is a second monitor beside it.

Anyone know a fix?

I should also mention i am running mountain lion 10.8.2 and f14 bios.

There is always the possibility you need to use a different framebuffer for your gfx card. Best to boot Windows and use GPUZ to find frame buffer personality and add it to the ATI gfx kext if not already there, or inject with FB=xxxx in .boot.plist
I had to change mine to Uakari for the Sapphire HD5770 VaporX.
