In el capitan working everything fine except Bluetooth. I have patched dsdt/ssdt what you have mentioned.
May be same patched dsdt/ssdt work on osx sierra ?

Like I already said, if your system is correctly configured, you should not have an issue with Sierra.
At least none that I can predict given the information (or lack thereof) you have provided.

I have install Sierra 10.12.6 everything working fine. performance is more fast then EL CAPITAN ...

IN SSDT-UIAC-ALL.dsl which script may be match on ioreg (I have attach) setting ?..

In clover config.plist some you have added # for eg :<key>#SortedOrder</key> that means its blocked or just comment..??

It is commented in order to disable it.
Hence, it is a template should one need to use SortedOrder.
