Safari Constantly Freezes

Not sure where this goes exactly, but since it's an internet issue I'll post it here.
I am using a Belkin N300 on my Snow Leopard which works PERFECTLY! If I go to certain websites, Safari just crashes. No idea why. It just does. Like Youtube or Newgrounds. I assume it was because flash wasn't installed. So I went to the Flash website to download it, but it crashed there too. No idea why. Any thoughts?

I will be updating to Lion today, so will that help?

It is not your network problem, its safari. Also I faced this problem. Easy solution :D .
Just open your safari preferences>privacy, then remove all website data >restart and done.
