RX 6700 XT is compatible with big sur?

Well, I found an easier solution, I just flashed the card with a regular 6900XT bios
(saved a copy of original xtxH '73af' bios and sent it to my email as well)

2x Display Ports working at 100Hz (CRG49/2xPBP) + HDMI TV, working even with HDR

Now I just need to figure out how to show the real CPU info there ..
Systeminfo sees 16 cores correctly, so it's just cosmetic
(and last 2 attempts in config, OSX wouldn't boot)

Also, had to add agdpmod=pikera to boot-args

Is 6700xt working?

the device id was found before even 6600 became a thing.

i am still hopeful. as someone mentioned it earlier, they took 6-7 months to add the 6800 support.
as this was launched in march, i am waiting till around september wwdc to accept defeat

He update supported GPU (RX 6900XT) with different device-id. If update 6700xt to BIOS from 6800-6900 - you will broke GPU =( (i'm tryed)

Need wait whatevergreen (in new release adds params to spoof device-id - (not work current time))

I tried it too! If you upgrade 6700xt to BIOS from 6800-6900, your GPU will break! I had to restore everything back! Here and there they write various solutions! And you don't want to wait for something! Does anyone have any solutions to this issue?

Happy news. It seems that we finally got support for the 6600XT family. I guess 6700XT will also be supported. Installing 12.1 beta. I'll report back.

Unfortunately it seems Apple might not support the 6700 and 6700XT. This does not mean they won’t; it just means it looks less likely now.
