Probably NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext is making the correct Rename PEGP to GFX0. Do you have any rename in Clover config.plist DSDT Patches?

No DSDT patches. Just Toleda method to get HDMI audio (SSDT-HDMI-AMD-PEG0.aml)

Yes, I have already renamed the PEGP to GFX0.

I have just tested a RX 560 and there are two ways to use it with SMBIOS iMac18,2:
1. Use Inject ATI in config.plist or from Clover boot menu. The card will be recognised as AMD Radeon Pro 555.
2. Use Lilu and WhateverGreen in Clover/kexts/Other. The card will be recognised as Radeon RX 560 and DP audio will be working.

I am using SMBIOS 18,2 and can confirm that all three of my monitors are working with Lilu and Whatevergreen. My card is properly identified as a 560 4GB.
