For my knowledge there is an major prob using that GPU type. Not solved .. doesnt matter Sierra/HS.
You can search for RX 550 here or google (RX 550 OS X) you will find some - unsolved - probs.
Normally LILU.kext + lilu plugin Whatevergreen.kext is the solution for AMDs, but in this case not. Have you tried that already?
