Hello, can't run the CPU x299 i9 980 xe, the system is loaded, when testing the CPU, the PC shuts down. Motherboard GA AORUS GAMING7

1. can't build EFI properly, Geekbench 4 shuts down the system in the middle of the test
2. 2. is it possible to connect U2 drives via PCI-Express 3.0 4x X16?
