RLM Servers?

Hi, I've been using the Foundry's Nuke, Cinema 4d, and other 3D rendering softwares a while back, but I cant seem to make them to work with Sierra. These softwares require a local RLM licensing server, but I can't seem to get these servers running. I've already tried several times but the server can't seem to bind to the web to a specific port (e.g: 5053, 5054). Is it an issue in macOS Sierra? Or is there a post-installation step to get these RLM server s running?

For me nuke 10 or 11 (i've got only that with rlm) work after star cinema 4d. When launched before c4d it doesn't start.
