Restored lion won't boot

Hi my people, ..
I just restored from from my lion back up with carbon copy..
It used my usb hdd to boot and then use another lion backup in same drive to restore to my ssd hdd..

All went good but when I restarted it will not boot, the screen stays black..

I dual boot with windows..

Re-install the boot loader to your restored clone.

Where is the bootloader. How do I do that if I donT have acess to the OS..?
Why is the booloader missing if I already installed it from the beggining.? Sorry I need to understand this.
