Restore Windows boot

Hi there!
I have 32 bit CPU, one HD and legacy BIOS on my laptop (Lenovo Y430). On my drive I installed Windows 7 first, and then OSX Sierra. So it was MBR drive and I could boot Windows directly from it or OSX with Clover USB. That satisfied me because I did not want to try to make normal dual boot since it's hard topic for legacy BIOS, AFAIK.
But then I formatted one of partitions (non-OS) in OSX in Disk utility, since then I can not boot to Windows, instead I have message "No bootable device". BTW, I still can boot OSX.
  1. Did Disk utility converts my drive to GPT layout?
  2. What can I do to restore my Windows boot without reinstalling OS and reformatting my drive? Can something like "bootrec /FixMbr" help me?
I can try some solutions myself, but I have already made so many mistakes, so I would like to take some qualified advice first :)
Thanks for any help!

Boot with Windows install Media, select repair instead of install.

Booted with Windows install USB, recovered MBR with Disk Commander and set win partition active with diskpart.
Now I can boot to Windows
Thank you!
