Restarts When Choosing Shutdown

Hello, I am fairly new to Hackintoshing. I completed a fresh install on High Sierra. Everything is working like a charm except when I shut down, the computer restarts instead of shutting down. I have searched the forum, and have tried many of the things that others have suggested, and non of them have worked for me.
Here is what I have already tried with no success:
1) Check "FixShutdown" and "Halt Enabler" in Clover
2) Unplug all USB devices
3) Disable "Wake on LAN" in BIOS
4) Turn off bluetooth
5) The only USB kext I have is USBInjectAll.kext located at /Library/Extensions/
6) I see no option for "ErP" in my BIOS

Which mobo you guys have?
I have 3 machines with the H370M-D3H here and this issue still persists.

I solved my problem downgrading BIOS to version 1.20. Apparently is the only one works well
