Restart at login screen?

Hey guys,

I recently installed windows as a dualboot and such, and it was working extremely well for several days... but then recently I can't get past the login screen. I can do whatever boot command and it will arrive at the login screen. But when I start to login, it just freezes, and then restarts. I can't find anything about it. Can anyone help me?

You can try booting with nv_disable=1 just to get into the OS. Then you can run /Applications/Utilities/Console and look under System Diagnostic Reports on the left and see if there's a crash report for when it died at the login screen. Possibly listed under WindowServer, or crash or panic, etc. Anyway, if you find it, copy and paste the report into a post here.

Are you using the Nvidia Web drivers? If not, it might be worth a try just to see if it resolves the problem.

Alright, I thought I had done that, but it just turns up as a kernel panic, and restarts before I can see anything...

I have tried multipule combinations, but to no avail..
