Hi guys,
Just this week, my 4430s started having problems with sleep. It used to be perfect.
Now everytime I wake it, it almost immediately reboots. Here's the report generated after it reboots:

Panic report is still incomplete. There is usually a list of kexts loaded at the end...

But problems on wake from sleep are likely related to the kext you have installed for bluetooth firmware upload.

Make sure you have only one of these (depending on hardware):

BrcmPatchRAM.kext (Broadcom BT): https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-BrcmPatchRAM
IOath3kfrmwr.kext (Atheros AR3011): https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Atheros-3k-Firmware

This is great info. I'm having the same issue. How do I know which one of the above kext's to use for my bluetooth?

Which bluetooth device is installed in the laptop?
What about hardware details on the laptop?

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

Mobo: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
Mobo: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

Note: When specifying your bootloader, if using Clover legacy, please be sure to specify "Clover legacy"). Specifying "Clover" will be assumed as "Clover UEFI"
