Preparing the subject case for liquid cooling. There are 4 fasteners mounting the 120 mm fan, and I can see that they are screws inside rubber-capped sleeves. But I can't figure out how to get the sleeves off the screws. The sleeves look expanded around the screw threads inside the case. Should I just use brute force? i.e. squeeze with a pair of pliers and pull hard? The sleeves rotate easily on the screws but won't back out if turned counterclockwise. Any wisdom here? Thanks!

[Edit: Never mind, I figured it out. Those aren't screws. The assembly video showed the guy just pulling out the fasteners, but I had to go inside the case and put a flat screwdriver blade on the tip of the fastener and break it loose by pushing hard. Then everything worked.]
