you may want to set Nvidia to false:
Code:
<key>Inject</key>
        <dict>
            <key>ATI</key>
            <false/>
            <key>Intel</key>
            <true/>
            <key>NVidia</key>
            <true/>
        </dict>

Is your GTX 960 installed?
Is your monitor connected to GTX 960 or motherboard?
Which version of macOS are you running?

You also have have VirtualSMC and FakeSMC installed. Pick one and use it. Delete the other.

At the moment my GX960 is NOT plugged, I've had plenty of problems with it while trying to get my Hackintosh build ready set so I figured I'd try get it working with my motherboards integrated graphics card first.

Try using the EFI folder from my Asus Z370 build. Just change system definition from iMac18,3 to iMac18,1. Everything else should work for you. Link is below in my signature.

Just double checking:
Do you mean the EFI for Intel UHD630?

No. Just use the latest Clover EFI.
I tried with the EFI Unified R5.1.7 (Catalina), everything boots nicely but the update couldn't be installed.

Then I thought maybe you meant the newest Clover EFI for High Sierra and now the machine is in boot loop and I can't go to the OS anymore.
