Hi all,
I have searched but cannot find a clear answer.
I had multiple issues with my High Sierra installation, including an inability to use time machine. SO no time machine backup to restore from.
I was able to make a clone using Carbon Copy Cloner.
So I did a clean install of Mojave.
Is there a way to now restore my applications and files to my new Mojave install from the clone?
Thanks for your time and my excuses if this is obvious to some of you.

OK, I found it. (and adding it here for those of you like me who don't know things).
Migration Assistant allows you to chose a startup disk (eg: a clone of your original disk).
