Hi guys. I can't seem to get any Arctic silver in my area in Cork, Ireland. I can only seem to get Arctic MX-4 which I've never used before I'm urgently after some paste can't wait for a item to come from Amazon to ireland as the job I'm doing. What do you guys think of Arctic MX-4?

Thanks.

Jack.

For easy application, use Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut. Gelid GC Extreme is a pretty close second.

For the absolute best cooling, use either CoolLaboratory Liquid Ultra or Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut. But be careful with this stuff, they are both conductive and care is needed to apply them. This stuff is best if your CPU is delidded.

MX-4 is okay but a bit below Kryonaut and GC Extreme. For normal usage, it is fine.

Ive never heard of them. Ive always used Arctic Silver 5. I think i need to keep a few of them in my draw lol. Ill check them out anyway thanks pastrychef.

It is because of CoolLaboratory Liquid Ultra that I can run my i7 6700K @ 4.8GHz on air cooling. My full load temps are below 70C. Absolutely amazing stuff.

But again, for normal usage, MX-4 is fine.
