Reboot loop apple logo

i tried to install macos high sierra on my prebuild pc dell but after follow the guide and change bios settings, when i try to boot the installation i view only apple logo and after a reboot of the pc.

You'll need to use a supported graphics card. The FirePro card support starts with the W4100. There are other cards you can use. Some of the Kepler based Quadro cards will work with High Sierra if the 4100 is too expensive.

No, W2100 isn't supported in Mojave.

I don't think it has any integrated graphics. Check on the Intel Website to be sure.
