Not quite sure why you've added change GFX0 to IGPU you're not using IGPU recommend removing it. Recommend setting CsrActiveConfig to 0x67 to avoid problems with SIP. You're not using OsxAptioFixDrv and you have neglected HFSPlus. Remove VBoxHfs and replace with HFSPlus. Attach files once you've done that.

Argh I thought you ment removing the SSDT, my bad. Reason why I don't use OsxAptio just yet is that I have some bad experience with this but since I'm using the USB boot loader now I guess it's ok. I'll set 0x67 and change. HFSPlus is something new to me, will change.

Just had a reboot after wake btw so back to square one
From looking at ioreg everything is fine. Suspect a hardware issue.
