Realtek Lan 8118

Hi all,

Quick question.
There are a bunch of new Gigabyte motherboard on a budget based on the new B360 chipset that have a Realtek 8118 Lan chip.
Are there kexts for such Lan chip?

New Driver for Realtek RTL8111

@toperloid According to the logs the driver is working fine but it fails to pick up the MAC address. This is the reason why it doesnt work as expected on your machine because DHCP fails to acquire an IP address due to the broken MAC address. Thanks for the reply. I got the Gigabyte z390d Mobo and the product website says 8118 gaming Lan or something like that. However Realtek RTL8111 v2.2.2 works well for me. -> Multibeast 11.3.0

This kext is universal. Not only for RTL8111. I think everyone need to use the last version of kext. The Multibeast version is old.
