Solved!

Three steps

1)
Unsupported/Non-working Realtek ALC AppleHDA
  1. 100 Series/Intel High Definition Audio (Workaround requires 1, 2, 3 and 4)
    1. Rename dsdt/HDAS to HDEF (Select one method)
      1. MultiBeast 8.2 and newer
        • Drivers > Audio > RealtekALCxxx > 100 Series Audio
        • Disables HDEF/HDMI audio ssdts

2) Patched using ssdt_hdef-1-no_ioreg-hdef

3) At this point, no sound so followed this and hey presto. It worked.

No Sound/Problem Reporting

I. No Sound (System Preferences/Sound screenshots: Realtek ALC AppleHDA.pdf)
  1. Audio Outputs (System Preferences/Sound/Outputs > SPSOut)
    1. Speakers - Audio IDs: 1, 2 and 3
      1. Connect speakers to Green Port/Motherboard
      2. Select SPSOut/"Internal Speakers"
      3. Unmute
      4. Set Volume to 75%
      5. iTunes/Music/Play
      6. Verify Sound

Thanks for all the help.

I use Asrock z170 pro4s. My work out not that complex.
I use multibeast and check ALC892, HD 3000/4000/530, 100 Series onboard audio.
reboot, then audio work.
