I'm new to open core, but I'm getting my head around most of it with the exception of an audio problem. AppleALC kext is loaded
with the latest release. But I just can't seem to be able add the ALC221 codec. I have follow the guidance on amending OpenCore installation page. But can't find the section to edit. I'm using plistPro. Please see attached any help would be gratefully received.

Hi there.

I'm not sure what you are trying to do.

If AppleALC.kext is loading okay then you just need to add the correct "alcid=" boot-command to the NVRAM section of config.plist.

Currently you have it set to "12" but according to the AppleALC wiki your options for the ALC221 are : 11, 15 or 88.

When testing each one remember to ResetNVRAM from the OpenCore boot menu (press Spacebar) when you reboot.

:)
