The issue is solved now.
I OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi, OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi and OsxAptioFix3Drv-64.efi were installed where as only "OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi" was needed in my case.

Now, I am looking forward to enable CA0132 audio.

As per guide, best to use AptioMemoryFix.efi if it works.

This issue was from my friend's laptop.
Currently me and my friends are trying to learn OpenGL on multiple platforms which includes Mac as well. Since we don't know much about Mac and these are quite expensive. We are going for Hackintosh, to explore a little before we go for the real deal.

As per FAQ, you profile must indicate the laptop hardware details you're asking about.
Ownership of the laptop is not relevant.

Read post #1 regarding display override/EDID.

Note that problem reporting files must use site attachments.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Maybe. Impossible to tell as you didn't provide any PR files (maybe something else wrong with your graphics setup).
