I have this issue from the beginning of my Sata DVD journey. Sometimes Mac OS X does not recognize the Sata DVD. Other times it works well (Recording, Erasing etc...) It is always recognized in BIOS but on Mac Desktop it sometimes not recognized. System Profiler shows it as Unknown.
OS: From Mac OS 10.6.8 to Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2
Sata Dvd: TSST Corp CDDVDW
*I've been using same drivers for both OS X Editions.
*These are the drivers in E/E:
-ACPIMonitor.kext
-AHCIPortInjector.kext
-AppleAHCIPort.kext
-FakeSMC.kext
-IntelCPUMonitor.kext
-IntelThermal.kext
-IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector.kext
-JMicronATA.kext
-RealtekRTL81xx.kext
-SuperIOFamily.kext
*I only have AppleHDA, AppleRTC, NVEnabler drivers in S/L/E.
Any Ideas?
Thanks in Advance.
