Random freezes/crashes on High Sierra 10.13.1

I had these random freezes on Sierra 10.12.6 as well. I did a clean install of High Sierra 10.13.0 and did a direct update to 10.13.1 and I still get the freezes. The freeze makes the time go away in the top right, the spinning wheel appears and everything becomes unresponsive. The apps I installed that I also had on Sierra are: SmoothScroll and USB Overdrive.

I was able to catch this in my system.log before I booted again but the freeze/crash happened at 23:09 (I checked my phone) and there's no log of that time.

@RehabMan Could you take a look at my issue if you have time? Idk if tagging is allowed but I'm really hopeless because I've had this issue for over a year and it's still not fixed. :(

Native Powermanagement isn't implemented.
NullCPUPowermanagement is never needed with Clover Bootloader.
ACPI isn't Patched.
Config.plist is a mess.
CsmVideoDxe-64.efi isn't needed with Dedicated Graphics even tho its disabled in Config.plist.

I actually started from scratch when installing High Sierra, only changed things so I can boot correctly. What do I need to change to clean it up?

I use it because it allows my boot screen to be 1080p. It's in low quality if I don't use it.

Why are you following a guide to implement Native Powermanagement for laptops on a Desktop?
Should follow Quick Guide to Generate a SSDT for CPU Power Management ...
CsmVideoDxe-64 is not needed when adding 1920x1080 to config.plist.
CsmVideoDxe-64 should not be used with Dedicated Graphics that doesnt have GOP.
NullCPUPowermanagement is not needed with Clover only needed with Legacy Bootloaders.

I removed NullCPUPowermanagement and CsmVideoDxe-64.efi. I've been booted into High Sierra for about 6 hours now and still not a single freeze/crash. Before, the max I could go without freezing/crashing was 3 hours. I think it's gone now but I'll have to test it for a few days to be sure.

The only thing that's bothering me now is my boot screen not being 1080p. I set my screen resolution in Clover Config > Gui > Screen Resolution to 1920x1080 but it's still not 1080p. It's obviously not a big deal but if there's anything you could get me to try, please do tell.

Have you implemented Native Powermanagement?
Take it your booting in Legacy?
I dont think Clovers GUI -> Screen Resolution 1920x1080 works in Legacy I have no Legacy hardware all UEFI.

I've kind of run into an issue with implementing Native Powermanagement. I use iMac12,1 as my SMBIOS and need to use iMac14,2's Board ID in order to boot. I got that from this post: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...-3-4-5-6-7-9-10xx-series-black-screen.203430/

When running "sudo ~/ssdtPRGen.sh", I get an error that says my CPU and Board ID don't match, which is correct. So I decided to use iMac12,1's Board ID, disable graphics to be able to boot and proceed from there. It worked and I was able to complete the guide but I'm not sure if what I did is correct.

The boot resolution is still the same (not 1080p).
