maybe it could help , have you tried graphicenabler=yes? try mac pro definitions ,edit applegarphicsowermanagemaent kext http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/to...-full-power-and-save-energy-at-the-same-time/
as i said i gave up on nvidia on the hackintosh for now...
btw they say that apple has put drivers for the amd hd7 series in the next update (10.8.3) so you may consider switching to ati ,for me it is a really stable solution

Actually at the moment I think the primary cause of my freeze may have been this http://www.tonymacx86.com/mountain-...0000000-invalid-console-error.html#post522939 Since disabling 1394 in the BIOS I've only experienced a single freeze in nearly one week. Granted it's a holiday week so my use is down quite a bit.

Ok, I am still having the freeze. Today it happened 3 times. I'm thinking about changing my system definition but with all the issues with iMessage I'm afraid that's going to give me issues. Now that there seems to be an iMessage fix I think I'll experiment in a few days and change my system definition to Mac Pro, but this thread didn't seem too promising. NVDA(OpenGL): Channel exception! all the time during regular use

I haven't had a channel exception in quite some time using graphicsenabler=no, just for the record.

man just give up on that card :D get an evga or something .... my system is running day and night for months ,not a single issue or freeze ,primary for graphics editing and video ....

Mine is running great now as well, I only replied so that other users would know the solution to my issue.

Random freezes have just started happening on my machine as well. I've had the machine since last July and its just been acting up now. It's running 10.7.4 with a GTX 550ti. Were there any solutions to this problem?

anyone had an issue with nividia Kepler gpus on parallels with 3ds max specifically using the nitrous rendering engine , seconds after opening a scene in 3ds my system freezes ( OpenGL exception ....again in console ) sometimes i get red or blue screen of death :D
any help will be appreciated
