I am having random freezes as well. Don't know what I should be looking for in the logs. I'm using the GeForce 660 Ti. I did do a verify permissions and got the following:

its not related with the permissions , just repair them . The problem for the freezers is the nvidia driver and the card itself... if you want to use nvidia find a card that is 100 % supported look around the forums , otherwise if you want to save yourself a lot of headaches get an ATI gpu I'm now with ASUS EN5770 and it work flawlessly no freezes no gpen gl /cl crashes , . With graphics enabler = yes and i don't use the apple graphics power magnet kext , the card temp is ok
the only minor issue is that i get a phantom second display on the vga out - not a big deal....

btw what is your gpu brand ?
your org.chameleon.Boot.plist -configuration ?
your system definition?

MSI N660 Ti PE 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB

I'm not familiar with how to read logs but if the cause of the hang/freeze is video related I did find this:

I'd also like to add the the freezes are very intermittent. I've tried to pin them to a single application or behavior but I haven't been able to. For a while I thought it might be photoshop, then parallel's but now I've had it with just the browser and messages open. Sometimes I'll go a day without a freeze but I'd say I average one a day with very heavy use (10+ hours a day).

NVDA(OpenGL): Channel timeout! = this is really common to nvidia cards with mountain lion you can see i even on the apple support communities
the causes could be many i had the same issue and moved to amd
you haven't posted me yet your chameleon boot plist configuration and what is your system definition used

Would it be beneficial to update to FakeSMC in the newest Multibeast?
