I had several system crashes/reboots today and yesterday and to figure out what my problem is I want to look at the crash reports for the specific time of the crash (maybe KP). Within the console I cannot find any reports at the time of the crash. For example: one crash happened today (12-14-2105) at 18:47:31. View attachment 167376

The crashReporter folder at ~/Library/logs only contains MobileDevice.

However I found some interesting diagnostic reports from earlier: http://pastebin.com/N8dX193C

So, where do I find the PanicReports?

I had 2 complete reboots and 3 logouts in the last 4 hours.
Funny enough my friend has the exact same board as you GA-Z87X-UD4H and his does the same. When it happens it shows up with error code 04.

I can't believe that there's nobody who can help me with my problem and basically unusable computer.
I really want to know where I can find the panic/crash reports and how I analyze them in order find my system's issue.

To recap: I have e few major problems with my Clover El Capitan install which are: the very frequent reboots of the entire OS, also seemingly random logouts to the user selection screen (I've attached a WindowServer crash file below) and also some video playback glitches (explained here).

Before my update from 10.10/Chameleon to 10.11/Clover everything was fine.

I would be very grateful for any tips or solutions :)

It says you have SIP enabled; I'm not sure if it would be any better with SIP disabled but I'd at least try it.
okay, I followed the guide I posted above and disabled the system integrity protection within the terminal using the recovery HD in the clover menu. It said that it was disabled successfully. However I don't think that anything has changed. Here is the terminal window before and after:
