RAM speed and CPU issues

I got my MAC up and running but when i go to "about this MAC" its saying my 16GB of CORSAIR Vengeance Pro RAM is running at 1333 MHz when it should be 1866 MHz. I played around in the BIOS and made sure it was set to the proper speed but in the OS its reading 1333 MHz.... I know this is probably a newb inquiry but it has me stumped so im reaching out for help. Also when I look at the processor speed in the About this MAC is just says "800 MHz Intel Core i7" but i feel like this is wrong as well i really don't know why i feel that way but it should say something like "3.5 GHZ Intel Core i7" but i could be wrong.

Id appreciate any help.
