So that gets rid of the notification... does anybody know how to get rid of the alert message next to 'About this Mac'?

EDIT: Also, the 'About this Mac' app crashes / quits when I select the memory tab... I assume that also happens to other people using this fix?

MacProMemoryNotificationDisabler.kext seems to need WhatEverGreen.Kext
I don't use WhatEverGreen.kext (dependancy of MacProMemoryNotificationDisabler.kext) ..and try to avoid use it

is there "another" way to disable the Mac Pro 7,1 memory error notification at startup ?
